Please advise me the procedure for sell of 100% shares of a PVT. LTD. Company. I urgently need to know the procedure followed under company law.
We are seling a company's 100% share to another company. The seller company has 2 directors.
I need the specific format of docs. such as notice to be sent to members/directors for share transfer and other procedure to follwed in such transactions. I am Senior Ananlyst legal with a Transaction advisor company. I have recently joined this company and have not worked in corporate sector before. My domain was Service Law before this Company.
