Self practice

Respected Sirs,

I am interested  to start  my own income tax practice and part time accounts.At present I am working in a private organisation,where the timings are 8Am to 8Pm.I would like to practice by my own.Please give me advice how to start practice and how to market the clients.  I am sure that I  have accounting knowledge 90% and income tax and sales tax knowledge 50%.At present I am in Andhra Pradesh,Came from W.B. For that reason facing problems in VAT because of return forms are different from state to state.

Please give me advise how to get complete knowledge in Income tax(online efiling,TDS,TCS and Sale tax(VAT,CST,Way bill process) and also tell me Should I practice by my own as i have fully interested in it.If I will change jobs by and by i may get 12000 to 15000p.m where I am not satisfied.Please give me advice in this regard too.
