Security service at admin office - cenvat ???

Dear Sir(s),

Please clarify the following doubts;

Security services are provided to Manufacturing unit, Employees Residential colony and Marketing office (Admin) at State Capital city, now we are not taking ST Cenvat Credit on Residential colony security services, my doubt is can we avail ST-Cenvat Benefit on Security services provided at Admin office at state capital city?.
