Security deposite
If i accept Rs 5 lacs as security deposit from client & then it return to client or adjust as professional fees depend on work . what is taxes to be applicable? can i adjust deposit in service charges later?

You can take loan or security deposit, but later on adjusting with service charges would be little patchy.
