Sections.........................?

PCC Level quoting sections s not compulsory AND FINAL level quoting sections is the minimum requirement of the examiner.

it's better to use use sections in your answers, but if you not sure about correct section, pls for god sake don't use, because if you don't use, he will not deduct marks but if you would write a wrong section then,

some negative deductions welcome you...so, its better to don't use if you are not sure about that..

however, easy way to learn a section is to use a "BARE ACT" of INCOME TAX and LAW...and morever as you know not much time is remaining for nov,2010 attempt, you can keep some inportant sections in your mind.

use of sections in examination is reflects a better understanding to examiner that, a student have a deep understanding of a concept, and it is also used as a presentation tool..

in CA examination presentation always play a singnificant role.

ya...i generally used BARE ACTS for section learning..its really helpful.
