The due dates for the Individual and other than companies( without Tax audit u/s44AB) is Month of 31st July of the succeeding previous year.
For companies the due date is Oct 31st of the succeeding previous year.
The forms normally used are: Form No.2D, Form 3.(form 3 is for companies)
