Is there any change in the procedure to incorporate a Private Limited Company as per new companies Act?

Is there any change in the documents and format of MOA & AOA as per new companies act and ROC fees as well?

Companies Act, 2013 update for May 14 CA Exams.

Board of Studies have decided that for IPC/Inter, 45 sections of new Companies Act, 2013 shall be applicable and for Final all 98 sections shall be applicable.

This decision of Board of Studies needs to be approved by Central Council of the ICAI. Meeting of Central Council is on 27th Sept.

98 notified sections of Companies Act 2013 are applicable for November 2014 attempt. I have gone through the book on these sections written by CA. Vivek Baid in very simplified language. Cover page of book is attached. The book is of approx. 100 pages.
