if assessee paid STT securities transactions tax for sale or purchase of shares trading.
he can availd rebate for advance paid STT for previous year.
section 88E says rebate income under the head PGBP. can availd
but me computing capital gain of trading STCG.
pls. help how can I avail the rebate
