Section 80d - preventive health checkup

Hi,

I had a query about the 'Preventive Health checkup' clause recently introduced under 80D.

Suppose I am not paying any Medicle Insurance premium for Self / Parents, and only want to claim exemption for Preventive Health checkup. So under 'Preventive Health checkup', are we allowed to claim Rs.5000 for self + 5000 for parents = Total 10,000. Or is it only Rs. 5000 (self + parents both included)?
