Helli Sir,

Can I add my ophthalmologist consultation fees, eye drops bills, and spectacles bills in 80D, please let me know.

If you are senior citizen then only medical expenses can be claimed else only 5000/- can be claimed under preventive health checkup

If Self / Parents senior citizens then you may claim the section 80D deduction for medicine, consultation fees etc
