CG may grant license if :
it is intended to form a co. for social welfare , region,charity any such other object.
1.Aplication in form INC -12.with registrar of companies.
2.MOA& AOA in form INC-13.
3. a)Draft MOA and AOA.
b) declaration from professionals CA/CS/CMA/ADVOCATE in form INC -14.c informing that the provisions of the act with respect to such INC. have been complied with.
4)estimate future income and expenses for next 3 year.
5) declaration by applicant in form INC- 15.
6) Registrar after obtaining permission from various authorities and after being satisfied provisions of act have been complied with shall issue certificate of incorporation in form INC -16.
