is section 8 companies who is doing social works are liable to get registered under gst act ??
please refer section also if possible.

Getting registered under GST is depend upon the transactions of an entity. Motive of profitability will not deal. N number of companies registered under Section 8 of Comapnies act has been taken registration under GST Act.
