🌟 for instance if Mr a is an Indian citizen and staying in USA for business purposes, he staying only in India 60 days in previous year is a resident or not ordinary resident or non resident??

I have one doubt if the person come complete the one criteria means is a resident or otherwise what?

Min 60 days or more

max 182 days or 365 days out of 4 years..

my doubt is weather here she want to accomplish this two conditions or whether it is a one condition?? if he stays only 60 days means can I say he is a resident?

So since Mr.A has not stayed in India for more than 182 days in previous year then he / she are NRI as per Income Tax.
