when you can't determine COA , no capital gains levied as per court ruling
Actually i want to know the name of the judgement
B C SRINIVAS SHETTY (SC) held as Where cost of acquisition of assets can't be determined it will be taken as INDETERMINATE and therefore capital gains would be Nil.
