During the AY 2017-18 the business was audited as the turnover exceeded 1 crore but this year the turnover is 90 lac. Can the assessee file return under section 44AD of the income tax act for the AY 2018-19?

Yes, you can file your income tax return under section 44AD.

yes u can file but the lock in period is 5 years

Yes, the assessee can file return under section 44AD.
