I have a partnership firm, the nature of business is not trading of good. The business has a CMS account of YouTube. Am I eligible for assessment under 44 AD

an account where we upload content on YouTube and get the income from YouTube on the number of views

Yes... They can avail the benefit of 44ad if they deal it as Business with Employees who is preparing the activities...

And Except the Owners are professional qualification...

My firm has 2 partners and 3 employees. I get revenue from Google for the videos that I upload on YouTube. do I fall under the category of presumptive tax? and do I belong to the service sector?
