I have a partnership firm, the nature of business is not trading of good. The business has a CMS account of YouTube. Am I eligible for assessment under 44 AD

Yes... They can avail the benefit of 44ad if they deal it as Business with Employees who is preparing the activities...

My firm has 2 partners and 3 employees. I get revenue from Google for the videos that I upload on YouTube. do I fall under the category of presumptive tax? and do I belong to the service sector?
