Assessee uses 2 commercial vehicles for transport business
One vehicle is in his own name
Second vehicle is in the name of his father
Can he claim income from BOTH the vehicles under Section 44 AE???

NO. He should be owner of the goods vehicle

yes, you can but but 2 ITR is filled.
FIRST in your name and
Second in your father name.
Because section Owns.....
