plz sir/madam explain section 3A with example.

What do you want to know in section 3A.
Actually this was also in the companies act 1956. But when they made CA 2013 they forgot to add it and then added with the amendment act.
Provided at any time after start of business operations by the company incorporated that no. of members fall below minimum no. all such members who are continuing as members are severally liable for any debts, payments and all financial transactions.
Is members liable to the transactions/contracts entered after 6 months?
