My tenant deposits 18000/- rs of rent per month cash in my bank account. He avoids paying through other modes. Total rent=> 18000*12=216000 per annum.
Am I in violation of section 269ST?
What exactly does "event" mean in 269ST.
In my case is it per month rent? or per annum ?
