My Client's Company ( Section 25 Company ) AGM has been adjourned due to non-adoption of Accounts. In the AGM, new president, Secy & Treasuer has been appointed and passed by the shareholders.
I have the following queries
1) Whether Appointment of P,S & T is Vaild and whether they are eligible to conduct the adjourned AGM
2) AGM adjourned on 30th September. Any time limit is there to hold adjourned AGM.
3) whether permission to conduct AGM after the due date is to be obtined from ROC
