A non-profit making charitable orgnisation which is registered in US wants to starts operation in India. At present globally they have only one body regd in US. Can such a orgnisation promote a section 25 company in India for carrying out its charitable functions? Can trustees be foreingers? What is the capital requirement if they want to use word "International" in its name?
Is it possible to register such a orgnisation under Trust's Act or Socities Registration Act?
