Please tell me the process to change the articles of association of sectionn 25 company limited ??

In addition to the compliance applicable to other companies, prior approval of CG (power delegated to ROC) is required for alteration of Memorandum & Articles of Sec.25 company.
Generally CG in context of Sec. 25 refers to RD....so whether it requires to be filed in 24A or .....23.Please Reply.
