If any Company violates any provision relating to exemption given under Section 211 what is the penalty?
Are these offences Compoundable?

Imprisonment for a term which may be extended to 6 month or with fine which may extend to Rs. 10,000/- or both
No impriosnment will be awarded unless the offence has been committed wilfully.
Compounding is possible.
