Mr. A is Director in AB Private Limited. Mr. A gives loan to this Company.
Will Company required to compliance of section 188(1) of CA-2013.

As per my opinion the transaction of loan given by director to company need not to be complied under section 188 as that transaction doesnot fall in the list of specified transactions as stated in Section 188.
