I have a query regarding section 186 of the Companies Act 2013,
Whether section 186 of Companies Act 2013 is appliacble to Non Banking Financing Company or not ??

if the transaction is related to acquisition of securities then yes nbfc is exempted provided its principal business is acquisition of securities.
