Acquisition of shares by way of bonus shares is counted for the limits of section 186(2) or not?

yes .. bonus shares is counted
but we are not investing anything
as per 186(2) acquire by way of subscripttion purchase or otherwise.. here the point is of acquisition therefore bonus shares is included
