Dear Mr Nitish

Section 184(2) requires that every director shall disclose his nature of his interest in the contract in the meeting of the Board . In this case , it is duty of interested director to disclose his interest in the contract. Its purpose is that not only every director personally know his interest, but also every director should now that every other director also nows his interest and the Board should take reasoned decision to allow or not to allow the that contract with the interestred director. So is it required or not....?

Certainly he is required to dislose his interest before the meeting.
