My querry is that I am Ca final student and for me ammendent in co act up to 31st Oct 2017 is applicable if I have to ans any ques related to vacation of direction due to section 164(2) so should I right vacation in all companies act per MCA view becz companies amendment 2017 is not applicable for me

yes you should answer as per old act.

u mean vacation only in defaulting company
BT MCA view has come in September 2017 so accordingly it should be in all co where he is holding directorship

he shall vacate his office in all companies & can not be appointed up to 5 years ......
