A person may give a notice of his own candidate serving a notice in accordance with provision of section 160 proposes his own appointment

my query is A person mean it shall be compulsory be a member ?
because in appointment of directors there is no eligibility shares to become a director under companies Act 2013

No as per Section 160 of the Companies Act 2013, the person himself or person /member on his behalf shall give the notice of his intention to act as the Director of the Company and shall deposit the amount of 100000/- either himself or by other person on his behalf .

Here member shall not means the shareholder of the Company. Here member means any person on behalf of the candidate
