Section 16(iii)
Dear experts, "Tax on employment under section 16(iii)" where I show in my ITR. BECAUSE AS PER FORM 16 Total salary received from current employer 1279419/- 50000/- standard deduction & 473923/- showing in tax on employment under section 16 (iii). Pls suggest where I show in itr 1

Summary: In ITR-1, you report Professional Tax under the "Deductions under Section 16" field in the "Income from Salary" section, provided you are filing under the Old Tax Regime.
