From IT Department, after the faceless assessment, i received the Demand notice as per section 156 payable amount is Rs.0. In this case, can we consider the case as closed for assessment year 2019-20
But they have opened penalty notice as per section 271(1)(c).
So please advice whether the case is closed or whether IT can put penalty, even though i needed to pay only Rs.0 for AY 2019-20
