For appointment of Auditor , company should file ADT 1 with ROC...
On the appointment of subsequent auditor, company shall file ADT 1 to Roc within 15 days of such appointment
In case of first auditor or casual vacancy ADT1 is required or not ?
For first Auditor ADT 1 is not required
Only for subsequent Auditor ADT 1is required...
