A company earns profit of more than 5 crore in FY 16-17...so the CSR applicability shall arise in FY 16-17....
1.)Profits for immediately 3 preceeding FY will be of fy ending 14; 15; 16 or 15; 16; 17 ?
2). In Board report of fy 16-17 will be reported or in boards report of fy 17-18?
