Section 119(2) B after condonation of delay

Dear sir

If i have a refund in A.Y 16-17 but i didn't file this A.Y return ,can i file now and take refund to use under section 119(2)B. Which option already available in portal.

Note: (A. Y - 19-20,) already filled.
