Please clarify Secretarial Audit as per guidlines issed by MCA in 2009, whether compliance certificate & secretarial audit is same. I am not asking about the secretarial audit ( reconciliation of share capital audit as per SEBI guidlines)

Secretarial audit and CC are different subjects.
the former is voluntary or recommenadtory and is not yet recognised within teh ambit of CA 1956.
CC , you are sure, is under section 383A

Please clarify, whether this secretarial audit which does not come under the ambit of CA 1956, is required under SEBI rules & regulation of Listing agreement compliances.
