W.e.f 1-4-2010 following two conditions have been inserted :
1. Not more than one residential unit is allotted to any person not being an individual
2. Where a residential unit is allotted to a person being an individual, then no other residential unit in the same project is alloted to the 1. Same Indiviudal 2. Spouse 3. Minor children 4. HUF in which individual is the Karta 5. Any person representing the earlier 4.
My query - What is the meaning of allottment? does it mean aggrement or registary or something else?
