Please provide input on following question:
Can a third party file a suit against unregistered Partneship firm? If yes plese provide with the reference of any Case law.

Hey registeration of a partnership firm does not effect the capacity of a third party to file a suit against unregistered Partneship firm. Incase where a partnership firm is unregistered
a) the partners of the firm cant file a suit against the partnership firm
b) the partners cant file a suit against other partners
c) nor the unregistered partnership firm can file a suit against third party except for a nominal amount of Rs.100
have no idea bout the section applicable but m sure that a third party can file a suit against unregistered partnership firm
third party can file a suit against the firm for the recovery of dues even if the firm is unregistered.
