What is your doubt in this sub section? It is clear from plain reading.

I am not clear

whether this section speaks about entering a member name in register
or
about omitting name of register

and another thing

it says the company can appeal
why it says company can appeal under what circumstances the company gets the power to appeal

It says about both wrongly addition and wrongly deletion.

It gives power to appeal to company too, because registers of large companies are maintained by other companies like Karvy.

than you very much
Thanks
