Can anyone pls let me know if a person comes under Sec 44AB is he liable to maintain books of accounts under Sec 44AA. In form 3CD under 9(a) it should be yes for Sec 44AA or No.

IF ANY ASSESSEE IS COVERED BY 44AB THAT IS TAX AUDIT, HE IS COMPULSORILY REQUIRED TO MAITAIN THE ACCOUNTS AS PER SEC 44AA.
