Are the companies under the under the same management also covered u/s 301? Kindly reply...its urgent
Sec 209(1) is for maintaining of cost records........in that whatever company is involved in production, processing, manufacturing, mining have to maintain cost records......so sec 209(1) has that provision for maintaining of cost records......

yup even subsidiary companies comes under sec 301
hi. I want to know about sec 301 of companies act so please send details in summary
if a priavte limited company grant a loan to subsidiary as interest free loan then what would be the consequences under sec 301 or caro 2004
