How to check the sec 245 adjustment of demand against refund. The IT authority just specifies the year to which relevant demand is related. How to know what demand was raised?? can we request for an intimation if return was filed manually??

Hi Natasha,
I suppose you would be served with demand notices. The demand will be stated in the said notices or if you log in to your income tax id you have option under the tab "Services" where you can see the outstanding demand.
