sec 173(1) board meeting

As per companies act.. the board shall meet atleast 4 times every year and as per ss 1 board shall meet atleast once jn every calendar quarter.. that means the board shall meet atleast 4 times in each calender year. so in your.. there will be 3 quarters as company incorporated on 01.04.2017.. there is no requirement for 4 BMs in 2017.
