i received 143 (1) completion order. But there was mismatch in TAN no and could not get tax credit. I followed the process to rectify online u/s 154. But while feeling excel utility ITR2 , pull down window is not showing sec 154. I tried with 139(5) and even 139(9) , but while uploading X M L it says mismatch in sec of notice and filing sec.
how to rectify sec 154 for A Y 2019-20 under ITR2
Try online.. Login > go to My account > Rectification request.
i did online only. it is ok till i upload XML , but then it is not accepting X M L document as sec 154 is not available in pull down window in excel utility
but it is not allowing me to upload X M L with sec 139(5)
