Sec 10(13a)

Thanx Kishor,but in ITR 1 , where is the space to show the exemption?

Dear Vishal,

                   It is not possible to revise Form 16 as the assessee has resigned from the company.So, the only option is to claim is in ITR!.Can u show me where I can show the Sec 10(13A) exemption in ITR 1? can u pls  attach the ITR 1 too with column no:?

If the assessee has to file his salary income from 2 employers, which ITR should be used for AY 2014-15?

Pls suggest?

In salary column, you can show salary amount after deducting exemption amount
