Hey guys, you know, the SEBI Guidelines given in the new edition of G.Sekar's Coporate and Allied Laws have been scrapped. In place of SEBI Guidelines, SEBI has issued SEBI {ICDR} Regulations, 2009. Its a Radical change which every author should consider before inserting anything in the book. What if so many students reading the book for the exam point of view. No author have such right to mislead students who have complete trust in them. I request you guys to have a look at this.

And if u get the same book after joiining his classes u get the old book
hey don't read even direct tax book of G.Sekhar bcoz so many mistakes in assessment procedures and appeals&revisions and also answers to previous exam problems.I think he won't verify his book even once before releasing to market. Institute must take reasonable steps even to ban from practise bcoz he played with lifes of students just for money.He is encashing the image of saravana prasad. He&his institute is worthless without saravna prasad
