Please confirm Excise Duty applicable or not for Scrap of Corruguted Boxes for used in Manufacturing Excisable depot based on MRP based Valuation ( Only do the Packing Re Packing) of the material .

IF YOU ARE A CENTRAL EXCISE REGISTRANT, PAYING DUTY THEN THE SCRAP WOULD BE CHARGABLE TO DUTY ON THE SALE VALUE.
Dear Mr. Rahul,
The boxes are in your inputs and you have taken cenvat credit for that boxes, then you have to pay duty for that scrap sale.
