Scrap purchased (Plastic Drip Pipes) from unregistered person.

Hi all ,
One of my client purchased Plastic pipes for manufacturing Granules, he is Paid RCM 5% Of HSN CODE -3915.
WHAT IS THE RATE OF 3915,
18 percent or 5 percent.

Hi,

5% gst rate imposed on Hsn 3915 i.e. scrap plastic.

DEAR SIR,

I AM CHECK 3915 HSN CODE IN CBIC PORTAL IT HAS BEEN SHOW 18% GST RATE OF 3915 HSN CODE . SO IAM CONFUESED .

AND ONE MORE QUATION RAISED FROM MY SIDE,

REGISTERED PERSON PURCHASED SCRAP OF 3915 HSN CODE FROM URP . RCM IS APPLICABLE IN THIS TRANSACTION.

I am also manufacturer of LDPE plastic pipes.. the rate of gst in Plastic Is 18% for used plastic as well as new plastic. code 3915,3917
earlier it was 5% on scrap but from October 21 it has changed to 18%
