In a school the following checks has to be there.
1. Compliance as per the relevant Act.
2. Curb revenue leakage
3. Control expenditure.
Here relevant Act means Socities Registration Act.
Here revenue leakage can be from two sources
a) fees of all students collected on time.
b) seperate programmes for students organized.
proper evaluation of estimated and actual revenue be made.
