31 May 2018i am working in a school in which i am receiving fees in bank through students in different heads like tution fee, annual fund, journal fund etc. for example a student has paid Rs. 7500/- for a quarter (April to June) in this 2000/- is admission fee, 2500/- is tution fee, 1000/- annual fee, 1000/- building fund fee, 1000/- journal fund fee. how we can do the entry?

Anyone can help me with accounting.
1. James is paying 10,000 (Tution and Development) for school fee payment
2. Cash account should show receiving of 10,000
3. Fee head for tution should show 5000
4. Fee head for development should show 5000
5. James account should show that he has paid 10,000
