a person paid school fees rs 45500 during a financial year (school fees includes 12100 as tuition fees and 33400 as other fees).how much of school fees will be deducted from taxable income .......

Under section 80C Tuition Fee can be claim. As per Your query available deduction Rs 12100/- only. Bcoz, that's only tuition fee.
Can we adjust rest of amount rs 33400 from capital .... I had paid 45500 via cheque during fin yr 2019 2020
Yes... If You file individual ITR.
